Hi, I'm Lennart.
I lead teams, build products & help others on their journey.
I specialize in Leadership & Product Development
I'm Chief Product & Technology Officer at xChange, with 15+ years building and scaling digital products, teams and the operations around them. I'm still hands-on, building alongside my team, I believe you lead technology best when you still participate in building it. I work from first principles and a bias to focus: turning vision and strategy into clear, executable work, and then shipping it.
I care about outcomes over output, designing the processes and shared context that let people move fast without losing the plot. My strength lies at the intersection of product, technology, and operations, and a lot of my best work happens alongside the leaders and founders I help think things through.
How I work
Outcomes over output
I measure work by what actually moved, not by how much got produced. That means getting specific about the outcome we're after, making ownership explicit, and following through after launch, not just closing the ticket. It keeps teams focused on what matters.
Enable people to own it
Great teams scale when people are genuinely enabled to own their work, with the context, the trust, and the room to make the call. I coach and unblock rather than take over, so capability compounds in the team. My job is to make myself unnecessary, not indispensable.
Build systems, not shortcuts
Simple, well-architected systems and durable, shared context beat quick fixes that quietly accrue debt. But this is never about moving slowly. I have a strong bias to action: ship, learn, and harden as you go. Good foundations are exactly what let teams move fast without breaking what matters.
Comprehension first
I put AI and automation to work where they genuinely create leverage: building the context and architecture that make them reliable, and designing AI-native, agentic systems. My one rule: they should deepen how a team understands its work, never bypass it.
Growth follows the product
I lead growth and marketing close to product and engineering, which keeps the work honest: durable growth comes from building the right thing and removing friction, not from tactics alone. I connect product decisions to commercial outcomes and the teams that turn them into results.
Challenge directly, decide quickly
I'll say the uncomfortable thing if it moves us forward, then compress it into a decision or a next step. Clear, direct communication in every direction is what keeps people aligned and momentum intact.
Away from the screen I'm a dad and gravel cyclist, happiest outdoors or cooking for the people I love. I advise product & engineering leaders and founders on their journey of building their teams, products or company.
I'm always interested in engaging with likeminded people. Get in touch.
